Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) has submitted our Annual Public Housing Authority Plan for Fiscal Year 20-21 to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This plan outlines the agency’s mission, goals, funding priorities, and operating policies for RRHA’s Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs.
These materials will be available for public review for forty-five (45) days prior to submission to HUD. RRHA will accept written comments about these proposed materials throughout this 45day period. Comments may be emailed to info@rrha.com. Additionally, at the end of the 45day period, RRHA’s Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing on these proposed materials.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this Public Hearing will be conducted remotely through the virtual meeting application GoToMeeting. Members of the public will be able to attend the Public Hearing to provide additional comments about RRHA’s Annual PHA Plan. The Public Hearing is currently scheduled for Wednesday, September 23 at 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Information needed to access the Public Hearing through GoToMeeting will be provided prior to the meeting
