Youth Leadership and Employment Academy (YLEA)
The YLEA program provides workforce training and employment opportunities for youth and young adults aged 8-17 who live in public housing communities.
Available positions range from administrative to maintenance and provide valuable training and work experience, along with an hourly wage, during the summer months while students are out of school.

Scholarship Opportunities for Public Housing Students
RRHA’s Resident Services Division works alongside graduating seniors by presenting different scholarship opportunities and the assistance needed to apply.
Maintenance Requests
To request maintenance or repairs for a public housing property, call:

Callers must provide:
- Address
- Description of work required
- Permission to enter
- Telephone number.
RRHA is responsible for repairs caused by normal wear and tear, like a leaky faucet or broken screen. A maintenance fee will be charged when residents or their guests are responsible for damages to an apartment. Please do not ask maintenance workers to make repairs. They are not allowed to do any work that has not been assigned to them by the site manager.
